Wow, I love that peach/pink colored gerbera, and the African daisy too. The butterfly is beautiful. I've never seen a double petunia before, very interesting.
Have a lovely Sunday and a great week Lona.

A feast indeed, lovely.

Beautiful photos, Lona Dawn! I love gerberas and osterospermum. My gerberas aren't blooming yet, but the osteospermum was one of the earliest to re-bloom after the cold blast.
How scrumptious!! I've never seen a double petinua before, it's very impressive.
Thats interesting about the oesto's not needing deadheading that much - I spend ages every year doing it incase its detrimental to new blooms- now I'll not feel guilty if I miss a few!
Have a great week Lona out and about :) Rosie
Loved them all. Your gerbera shots are lovely. It's unfortunate that gerberas are considered rather a common and old-fashioned garden plant in my part of the world ... they're usually not cared for very well and end up looking rather sad.
Daisies are wonderfully photogenic~just beautiful! I haven't had any Gerberas in a few years. Maybe it's time for some:)
Have a great week!
That first photo flower has the loveliest color to it! I'm impressed by the pic of the butterfly. I got one about a week ago. But it was landed on an outdoor rug. So the colors didn't show up.

I love all the colors of the gerbera daisy. Have a great week:)
Lona, I really do like Gerbera, but I do not have much luck with it flowering thorough our summers. That double petunia is beautiful.

Just beautiful.
The daisies are gorgeous and in shades and colours that are really lovely.
Lovely blooms! I love Gerbera daisies, but I don't have much luck with them. My dad, on the other hand, has babied some along and even managed to overwinter them. I guess his thumb is just a lot greener than mine:)
Love the Osteospermum but I never have any luck with Gerberas. Your photos are so beautiful. Pastel colors are my favorites.

Great start to week
Such yummy colors. I got a basket of Gerbera Daisies once and took them out and planted them in the ground. With a little care, by taking off the dead flowers...they looked nice all summer. What a beautiful color.

Beautiful!! The colors are so bright and happy. Very cheerful. Thank you.
Beautiful flowers with cool and sweet colour. ~bangchik
Lona,
I just love that double white petunia... gorgeous! What a lovely floral arrangement.
What a very pretty combination! I never remember to get Gerbera daisies, I love them.
Lovely African daisy shots Lona! I love that flower and your butterfly portrait too! ;>)
I have never had luck with gerbera daisies. Yours are so lovely!
It is interesting to know that gerbera can be propagated by stem cutting. If I have the time, I would try this method.
Your peach gerbera looks good enough to eat!
Gorgeous photos!
What a stunning peachy pink color! And, your pet butterfly is pretty snazzy, too! :))
Lona, your peaches and yellows are heavenly! I like your butterfly too. Very nice!
What a stunner. Those are pretty lovely flowers. I'm very thankful to you for posting such an amazing post.
