I love blue flowers in the gardens. I have an annual, called blue mist, that self sows which is fine with me.

Lona, I'm spending way too much time searching for the 'perfect rock' and not enough time reading my good blogger friends! I'm so sorry to hear you had a spell of vertigo. I have problems with that, too. I wonder what brings it on? That's part of what landed me in the ER last fall and when I feel the dizziness coming on, I really do get scared. I have a 'new' doctor's appointment Oct 14....oh, good golly, I am not looking forward to it, but have to go for the thyroid bloodwork. And my weight, well, that will be a huge issue yet again. It won't budge.
Bring the net, Lona. I'm already humming, "They're coming to take me away, uh-huh, ha ha ha ha."

Oh, for Karen, I think the way I got my vertigo was by standing on a 5 gallon bucket and trying to get over a fence to get to a little neighbor boy who was wandering around his back yard, across from ours, and calling for his dad. Of course, the bucket slipped, and I fell down hard. I didn't feel dizzy at the time, though, and can't even remember now how much time passed before the first episode.
It sounds like Karen doesn't have a particular trigger for hers. Did you?
I just remembered it was a different post when I mentioned that I got very dizzy whenever I bent over.
That bee looks very happy and your pictures are beautiful. I adore Blue Mist Shrub and the blue-violet color of its flowers.
