Today is a rainy day here in the hills. I cannot believe that September is all but gone. The leaves on the trees are starting to change colors and with all of the rain they should be beautiful this year if we can get some sun.
I took a very slow walk around the garden yesterday morning since I am still having a little vertigo. The garden was looking a little dismal.
Crimson Bouquet
The roses still have a few blooms here and there but the black spot has been so bad and their leaves are all turning yellow and falling off, but I will enjoy these last roses of summer.
Easy Does It
The Toad Lilies are still blooming away.
A few of the Foxgloves are putting on a few little blooms here at the beginning of Fall.
The vertigo is leaving faster this time and I am so glad of it. Thanks for your concerns and prayers.

Sorry you are not feeling well.
This has been a bad year for my roses not with black spot but some kind of worm they eat the buds and leaf.We spray and they come back. If I see them I have been hand picking them off.

The Roses are lovely. I really like the the Crimson Rose. It looks like velvet in that photo.

I wish I'd taken the time to do a better job of deadheading my sage... I ignored it and it responded by going dormant.....
But that pelargonium is great! I love the variable colors on the peals.

Oh they are wonderful. So glad you were able to capture the beauty. Please take it easy with the vertigo. I had it at Christmas and it was awful. The doctor prescribed something that made it better though. Get well soon. The toadlilies and anemones are just awesome!
