Funny !!
At least they left you with some beautiful bloom.
Like your page layout...not sure why...maybe easy on the eyes?

I'm glad they left you such pretty ones! I love the pictures that show the inside of the flower, I often forget to appreciate that part of a tulip!

What a gorgeous assortment of tulips Lona. I hope you can keep them safe from the deer. Mine haven't started to bloom yet so it was fun to look at yours. Hope you're having a good weekend.

Spring is blooming beautifully in your garden, Lona. Such a pretty series of captures here...I really enjoyed your last photo!

Well thank goodness for that. They are all beautiful!
When we first moved here 19 years ago I think I planted a couple hundred tulips and the following spring about 3 came up. I've never bought any since. I think something got them from under ground. I did have one a friend gave me and last fall a friend gave me a bunch of bulbs I put in a big tub. They are all coming up so that is good!

Those darned deer! They are pests. We have squirrels...they bite the blooms off...and I can't figure out why! I think it's just plain meanness on their part.

But the tulips that have survived in your garden are lovely! Don't you love looking at them from above...the insides are incredible...especially on the red and yellow tulips.

Dear Lona,
Your photographs are gorgeous! You have captured everything so perfectly, in this post, and the others before it! I'm struck by the many blooms you have there right now! A big bunch of beautiful blooms!! I love these tulips. I have some that I ought to get some photos of, too. Lately I've been a very slow blogger;-) Keep taking and posting those gorgeous photos! Jan
