I love the rose Scentimental. It smells so heavenly(-: For some reason when I try to come to your blog I keep getting an error from Internet Explorer. It says operation aborted and I have to close the page. After several tries it will finally let me view the page. Is it just me?
Hi Lona, what a beauty that rose is, and with a name like that, must be very sweet indeed. The kitty looks to be having sweet dreams as well. :-) Frances
A perfect place for a kitty to nap. Your rose is beautiful and it does look like peppermint candy. A few of my roses are just budding now. Won't be too much longer. Marnie
those roses are spectacular!! Don't know if I would like a stray cat hanging around, does it dig in your gardens? Guess it couldn't be worse than the squirrels.
Makes me want a candy cane, Lona! What a cool rose! Does she have strong fragrance? I have a beautiful pink rose in bloom but not a smidge of perfume..oh well! Btw, I love the photos of the Crimson Star clematis from an earlier post.
I've been procrastinating. Garden shed not put together yet and the groundhog has taken up residence under the deck (just to be close to food source my garden) Your roses are beautiful.

How gorgeous! It does look like peppermint candy!! Janet
I love that, I love the way they're all different - just like a tortoiseshell cat in fact!

The rose is Beautiful! and great pictures of it, too!
The pretty rose does look like peppermint candy.

That is a pretty one and I like how it looks beside the birdhouse.

Delightful rose, Lona, and I love the picture of the catnapper!
Mmmm, peppermint candy! It looks very much like my Fourth of July rose.
When I opened the web page I thought it was a 'Fourth of July' rose. Love the peppermint look! Is it really fragrant?
Tunes Photo; Thanks for dropping by. You have the most fantastic photos on your blog. Just love them
Cindee: I have been having the same trouble with others blogs once in a while. I am thinking it is a Blogger site issue.
Island Gardener: I would have named it Peppermint candy if I have propagated it.
Emily: I hope you had a wonderful vacation!
Frances: That silly cat will let me feed it, follow me all around but will not let me touch it. How rude!:-)
Marnie; anticipation waiting on your roses. This is good though because when ours are spent then we can look at yours.
Jesikarens: I am so glad you stopped by.
KeeWee; Maybe I just like sweets and it reminds me of candy ;-)
Darla; it does get in the beds to sleep but thank goodness it doesn't dig ot potty in them. With all the mulch around here you would think it would.
Catherine; that plus the little fence does well in hiding an unsightly rain barrel.
Lynn; it has a nice sweet smell. With the name scentimental you would think it would have more fragrance.
Lynn: Do you want to borrow her? ;-)
Robin & Janet; it is probably an off shoot of it. I have saw others with different names that look like it.
