I just love macro photos of the centers of flowers. What beautiful photos. I think the Daisy is my favorite. There is just something about them that makes me smile :-)
Absolutely gorgeous! So Georgia O'Keefe! Great post!
Beautiful shots, Lona -- from within and outside, too. :)
Wow Lona~~ A perfectly apropos title for paying tribute to the more personal side of our floral friends. I've got a lavender-pink Streptocarpus but every time I see a photo of your 'Roulette Red' I get a serious case of plant lust. Just beautiful!
Oh Lona these are all so pretty! Feels like summer looking at them :)
Oh, Lona, those are beautiful photographs. The streptocarpus was absolutely luminous and the view of the cleome unique and sweet. Thank you for sharing! Stay warm!Teresa
Beautiful pictures Lona, I miss having flowers around.
Those are all really pretty flowers(-:
Lovely soft focus kaleidoscope of blooms! Beautiful, dreamy and uplifting Lona!
Much beauty from within!
Hi Lona, there is great beauty within and without in these flowers. They whet my appetite for spring! It cannot come soon enough. :-)Frances
Those are beautiful. Helen
Gorgeous shots. I have Jane and have about a million photos of her. :-)
These are beautiful, thank you for sharing, they are just the color I needed to see on this grey morning in Arkansas!
Super super gorgeous!! Magnificent post!
Oooh! You should frame these. Just lovely. Imagine that Gerbera Daisy blown up to poster size!!
That really brightened up this dreary old gray day. Beautiful pictures Lona.
Ah, such beautiful pictures of flowers -- which remind us that this awful snow and cold will soon be gone and our gardens once again will be abloom!
Just love the colors.Patsy
Oh how well I remember the beauty of summer's blooms in closeup! *sigh* How long till summer? No, wait, don't tell me. I haven't even ordered my seeds yet, just drooled over them in catalogs. Although I did start a windowsill herb garden. Didn't work last year, but I'm a sucker!
My kind of photos...absolutely gorgeous!
Beautiful colorful close-ups.Ah...the dreams of summer,so sweet.Your chilly yet artful header is what we have now. Sorta sad :(
How different they look up so close. I wouldn't have recognized the pelargonium, for one. The rhododendron is my favorite. What a delightfully lush yet delicate color.
