I just love macro photos of the centers of flowers. What beautiful photos. I think the Daisy is my favorite. There is just something about them that makes me smile :-)

Beautiful shots, Lona -- from within and outside, too. :)

Wow Lona~~ A perfectly apropos title for paying tribute to the more personal side of our floral friends. I've got a lavender-pink Streptocarpus but every time I see a photo of your 'Roulette Red' I get a serious case of plant lust. Just beautiful!

Oh, Lona, those are beautiful photographs. The streptocarpus was absolutely luminous and the view of the cleome unique and sweet. Thank you for sharing!

Stay warm!

Ah, such beautiful pictures of flowers -- which remind us that this awful snow and cold will soon be gone and our gardens once again will be abloom!

Oh how well I remember the beauty of summer's blooms in closeup! *sigh* How long till summer? No, wait, don't tell me. I haven't even ordered my seeds yet, just drooled over them in catalogs. Although I did start a windowsill herb garden. Didn't work last year, but I'm a sucker!

Your chilly yet artful header is what we have now. Sorta sad :(

How different they look up so close. I wouldn't have recognized the pelargonium, for one. The rhododendron is my favorite. What a delightfully lush yet delicate color.
