Do My Eyes Deceive Me !!!

Could that really be the Sun coming up to finally shine
through all of the ice, snow and clouds of the storm we
have been dealing with since Wednesday?
Will you stay around long enough to melt some ice?
You sure are a welcome sight!

It looks like it may stay for a while to make a the
ice glitter like a million diamonds through the trees.
I love Blue Skies !!

Such gorgeous shots! You have a lot more snow on those branches than I do:) When ever I get just a little, it's a kodak moment here.

The sky shots are gorgeous.

Very pretty shots, Lona -- I especially like the ones with the sun through the trees. Those are almost ice cream colors in the sky.

Jan;It is amazing what I will take a picture of when boredom sets in. I just know when I start looking through all of the pictures later that my head will shake and I will ask myself why in the world did I take or keep that picture :) No doubt a lot will be deleted.

Cindee: girl I am so tired of winter and the sun is melting a little of the ice from the roof but not so much from the trees.

Peggy; Rain I can handle if it doesn't freeze. Makes for a heavy umbrella. Stay dry.

Machelle: Blotanical is such a great place to meet some wonderful people. I have had a wonderful time and learned so much from the gardeners on it.Thanks for dropping by.

Nancy:Ice Cream, now that sounds like an idea. Have you ever eaten snow ice cream? I was just so glad to see the sun in hopes of some melting ice.

What gorgeous pics! I especially like the first one. They made me shiver, though.

I love to see blue skies too. Glad the sun came out ~ I hope it melted lots of ice. Oh, my Mom used to make snow ice cream for us when we were kids. I haven't had it as a grown up. That's a good memory tho.

Very pretty series, Lona. I especially enjoy the first two, with the sun coloring the sky in the background. We witnessed the sunshine yesterday, too, yea!!

It's always great to see blue skies after they've been gray and dreary for so long, isn't it? I especially love the look of snow, ice, or frost covered branches along with the blue skies.
