I have been watching my heath as it has been getting buds on it
and it is about ready to start blooming. Heather and Heath in the
flowers beds always gives a punch of color in the dead of Winter and
makes one look forward to the Spring flowers to come. It is so hardy
and amazes you when it blooms despite the cold or the snow. I would
love to see it planted along the banks of highways here in Ohio to
add some Winter beauty. Mine has a covering of snow from
the small front that went through this morning.
But soon it well look like this, which was from last Winters bloom.
The delicate pink blooms are so deceiving as to the hardiness
of the plants.
