The Elves Rugs
I saw them among the grasses,
The leaves of gold and brown.
Of dusty green and crimson.
I saw them flutter down.
The Fairies from the tree tops,
Threw down their garments bright,
Gay rugs for the elves of the grasses,
They reflect the dancing light
The elves have given them rug-lets,
To protect Mother Earth from snow,
Warming the seeds to her bosom,
So when Spring comes we'll see them grow

Beautiful! Love moss and autumn colours.

That log looks like a perfect place to find elves & fairies in residence, snuggled among crimson coloured leaves.

The mossy tree stump reminded me of a great place for an Elf or Fairy to rest and put the broken acorn shell upon its head for a hat. Some Imagination huh?
I am so glad that I finally found you, and can say thanks for visiting my blog! Everytime I tried, I reached a dead end. But now I have it figured out, and I have found you on Blotanical. Love your photos. Great shots.
